Kenya, with its floral aroma and citrus-like flavor, is blended around a dark roast . Two Indonesian coffees, one slightly aged creating a rich body and a “caramel” character. We then roast a portion slightly darker giving it a balance. Together with the sweet syrupy taste of an Ethiopian from that country’s southern plateau and the velvety texture of our Panama Reserve, the two roasting levels combine to provide a satisfying cup of coffee.
